Products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available until checkout is successfully completed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-listing errors. If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact the customer regarding available options, including cancellation and refund when appropriate or required by law.

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order.

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, any amount owed back to the customer will be returned using the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider procedures.

Once an order has been completed, additional merchandise cannot be added to that order.

Additional items must be purchased through a new website order.

7. PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Our standard order processing time is 5–7 business days, unless a different timeframe is disclosed for a particular product or order.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Customers should allow the full processing period before contacting us for a routine shipping-status update.

Shipping, address corrections, carrier delays, returned packages, and related matters are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Store Policies.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & FINAL-SALE PRODUCTS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged merchandise, incorrect merchandise, and final-sale restrictions are governed by our posted Shipping, Returns & Store Policies.
