Refund policy

All sales are final. NO REFUNDS

Refunds are only offered if the product is not available, or the product was not complete in timeframe of the description. If we make a mistake we will correct it. The item will be replaced with no expense to the customer for shipping. If a refund is offered you have 24 hours from the time you received the item to return it, and show proof of the unused item was shipped back. After 24 hours no refund will be issued and product will not be excepted. NO REFUNDS will be offered.

Please make sure you check the spelling and files for all custom items. You are responsible for the correct spelling and a clear file upload of images. Any change request made after order has been processed will be an extra charge.
