Shipping policy
Due to COVID-19 packages may be delayed during delivery. We have no control once your package has shipped. Please contact your local USPS service provider.
Shipping is processed within 24 for items ready to ship unless ordered on the weekend, or during a holiday. Custom items are shipped after the process time given in the descriptions. All shipping is depended upon the type of item you purchase. Please read the description for each product to know when the items will be shipped. If you order more than one custom item the product will all be processed and shipped together. Please note that if the description states 3-5 days and you ordered another item that states 7-10 days, all orders will be shipped after the 7-10 days. If you want items shipped separately, please place the order separately.Â
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. We package our products well to ensure the products are safe, so please contact your delivery carrier. All shipped items include insurance. You the customer is responsible for filing any claims for damaged or lost packages to insure you get your refund. If you request that I process the claim it will take longer for process, and you might not be able to get a refund.Â
Please do not email before the shipping days of the selected shipping process paid. Ex. if you ordered and selected USPS ground shipping the delivery time is 2-5  business days. They do not include weekends. Please do not email me after 3 days. Please allow for the shipping time to expire. USPS also adds a few days to the processing time incase of delays. If you register on my site correct, then you will receive a tracking number via email or text. Please use the tracking to follow your package and contact USPS for any updates.
Orders that are not customized are processed and shipped within 24 business days. All sales are final.
